Cedarwood, juniper berry and lavender essential oils go into the making of the Driftwood soy wax candle which has a woody and earthy aroma. The candle maker describes the scent as “warm, familiar and comforting – like sitting around a beach fire with friends.”
This is the first candle from the recently launched East Lothian natural candle making brand, Storm Coast.
Only 100% natural essential oils and soy wax are used in the making of this candle, making it suitable for vegans.

Candle care
These candles are made using EcoSoya CB-Advanced, a high-quality vegan-friendly soy wax that is both sustainable and biodegradable in our candles.
Always burn your candle on an even, solid and stable surface. Make sure that the surface is suitable for a container that will get warm.
First burn
The first time you burn the candle we suggest letting it form a full melt pool (a pool of wax that covers almost the entire surface of the candle). After around 2 hours the melt pool should be fully formed and any wax that remains on the edge will melt in to the pool at the candle is used again.
Burn time
All our candles come with an estimated burn time – this is calculated from the weight of wax they burn per hour.
We do not recommend that you burn your candle for longer than 4 hours at a time.
